Emerging young artists are invited to showcase their Portrait work in any medium of choice and enter the Noosa Young Artists Portrait Prize 2025.  That means you can run free and wild and show us your best portrait work!

So if you’re in high school and love art, or have a young brother or sister that deserves to be recognized enter yourself and them into the Noosa Young Artists Portrait Prize 2025.       We are waiving the entry fee just need you to arrange delivery of the art of you’re in the final selection.

You could win a 2 hour Master Painter Class with a local artist.

3 Easy Steps:

1. Apply online and complete all the required information

2. Agree to the terms

3. Finalists must submit their artworks by the due date for exhibit.

Submission Guidelines

1. You the artist can be from anywhere BUT your icon featured in the work must be from Southern Queensland

2. Artworks can be in any medium - it's your choice!

3. Entries must feature  a Portrait of your Icon in whichever medium you choose.

4. Maximum Artwork Size is 2m x 2m

5. Selected  Artworks will be curated and the winner of the Noosa Young Artists Portrait Prize may be displayed at The J Noosa Non Gallery for three weeks, providing artists the opportunity for sales through the gallery (subject to a 30% commission)
